My wife and I could not believe the amount of dust in our stateroom. We had a balcony room. The sliding glass door was covered in salt residue.

Great staff!! Food at the buffett was very good, main dining room weak. Entertainment was very good! The ship and the cabin was very clean. The bar service around the pool area was slow. Kids pool area was small, and main pool very crowded. Overall, very nice ship and cruise.

I cant wait to book the next cruise, the same ship different direction this time.

I have been on cruises with two other lines: Holland America and Carnival Cruise lines. Royal Caribbean is definitely better than Carnival, and is about on par with Holland America. The staff was very friendly, but not overly friendly and boisterous as on the Carnival Cruise lines. I went on this cruise with my girlfriend, and it was a perfect getaway for the two of us fmor our busy lives.

Beautiful ship.......could have more dancing music. The bands were great, didn't like dancing in the Centrum

What a fantastic - beautifully maintained ship. The rooms are nicely done and offer a great deal of storage. The ship employees are among the best of any line I have traveled with. Super clean vessel with lots and lots to offer.

this was our 1 time on the cruise , so everything was wow with some thigs that with thing did not work very well but overwall was so nice be in the cruise and have a good time and relax had fun , the best vacantion of all

We loved this cruise! The ship was beautiful,the balcony room was wonderful,the food was great, the staff was helpful and there were a million fun things to do. I would recommend it highly!

Overall, the ship was great. We loved our room. The solarium is beautiful. The crew and waitstaff were all great. Enjoyed the entertainment very much. Loved Cozumel, didn't like Costa Maya. There were some fun activities that we participated in. I would recommend this ship.

The cruise was very pleasant. We enjoyed being waited on "hand and foot" by the staff. The pool was small but we loved the quiet getaway to the adult solarium with the jungle theme. The dinners were very good along with the wait staff. The my time dining was a bit chaotic and even with reservations we had to wait. Our cabin steward worked very hard to keep up with our busy schedule. Exitiing the ship was a nightmare but I am sure the problems we had are not the norm.

This was our first cruise for my wife and me. We have lots of friends that have more expierence on cruises and got alot of opinions before going. My wife and me have always waited to our on expierence before making an opinion. We were very impressed with the whole trip. The ship was beautiful and the crew and staff very professional and friendly.

some of the furniture was quite worn and had holes in it. we were told that the ship was going to be refurbished in the next week. some of the public toilets were not flushing, hope this will be taken care of at the same time.

Excellent cruise! Best ship we have ever been on- activities for everyone! A very happy, helpful staff which made our experience the best yet! Great for all ages!!

the food was excellent, the dining room waiters were very attentive, and our stateroom was kept clean.

i loved the food,the service, the decor of the ship and most of all the night time en tertaunment.it was like going to a broakway show in new york. it would have been nice if the sodas were complimentary.

The cruise was amazing and the entertainer, Kirk, made it awesome.

I was very surprised at the cleanliness and overall beauty of the ship. The professional staff, the service was above and beyond what I expected.
