Review summary

It would have been nice to have been able to visit the ports we were suppose to go to. We spent 4 days at sea due to engine troubles on the ship so they had to bypass all, ports and go very slowly to Vancouver. We had a relative driving 5 hours to meet us at Astoria. By the time we found out we weren’t going to make any port stops they had already driven over 3 hours when we were able to get a hold of them. The y did refund 50% of our cruise fare which was good however I do feel that since spent 4 days at sea and not getting off once from embarkation to disembarkation a better solution would have been to give us either a full refund or 100% credit towards a future cruise. This is the first time in all my sailings I have been somewhat disappointed with ROYAL CARIBBEAN.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Not good. We purchased the key so we could board early. We were sent to sit at the back of the port waiting even when I asked where the key people needed to wait. By the time it came up for us to board we missed the key people boarding because the agent did not understand what the key perks were..so we did not get the early boarding like we should have. I asked about it several times. I am not happy with the embarkation
