Samba is a must do since it only exists on this, and one other ship. Food was wonderful, but it was a lot!
The new menu system in the main dining room does not give any flexibility to those who have simple tastes. If it is not on the menu, they will not bring it to you. I felt very sorry for the service staff for having to say no to simple requests.

Maneuvering Lol
Until they get this port built up, there is not much to do there, unless you have an excursion. There was also two other ships, one being an oasis class, there when we were so it was extremely crowded.
