What we did experience was great.
I was disappointed that we couldn't participate in as much as we would have liked as we had small kidlets.
Some activities such as bingo and trivia were really packed out so you had to get in early.

It was the first time we had left our 20 month old in the care of others but the staff were fantastic and very accommodating.

We had a spacious ocean view balcony cabin.
Was ideal size for us.
Ship tip
Expect to wait around for the lifts so if you can, utelize the stairs.
We did a hop on hop off bus through Royal Caribbean.
The best stop was the aquarium by far. It was also a public holiday in Noumea so some places were not open.
Found Noumea to be very expensive.
Take it or leave it.
We had an independent tour booked through Bountiful Tours and we loved it. Highly recommend.
We visited duty free, chocolate factory, cultural village, Turtle Bay Sanctuary and the Blue lagoon.
What an experience.
Stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Old Sydney which was extremely close to the cruising terminal.
We didn't really see much of Sydney but it was still an experience.
