Review summary

Our cruise from Seward to Vancouver was an amazing experience, the scenery was incredible! and a cruise is really the best way to see Alaska! The ports of call were interesting and offered a variety of activities, we were pleased with the room and the ship was huge! The only negative would be that we are in our mid/late Twenties, and in terms of activities for us, and 'nightlife' these were lacking in quality and quantity. Overall it was an amazing cruise, and an excellent week to end our trip in USA/Canada

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Brilliant food, the seafood was a highlight!

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Pretty good, however laking for 20-30year olds.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great staff, professional and helpful, the singers were especially good on our cruise.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Brilliant! It is massive, and is well laid out with a range of activities including mini putt rock climbing and pools!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Well furnished and tidy, you will get to know the shower curtain intimately though!

Ports of call

Ketchikan, Alaska

We did a wildlife tour that was a bit disappointing compared with the other tours we had done on the trip. However the town is worth a look, and best photo op of the cruise ships.
Don't Miss: Last minute souvenirs!

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

3 out of 5
Pretty average really, an hour or so wandering around will cover it off. We did hear good things about the salmon fishing expedition though.
Don't Miss: Try the salmon fishing

Juneau, Alaska

Another Glacier, and the pick of the shopping on the cruise
Don't Miss: Check out the glacier

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
Great train up through the mountains, it was amazing!
Don't Miss: Train towards BC!

Pros: Scenery, Food, Service, Almost Everything!

Cons: Not a lot of entertainment for people in their twenties...
