The ship was outstanding!
As a 1st timer we were very happy with the ship, staff (except guest relationship), activities, and organization of the cruise director.
We will definitely be coming back.
Alaska is beautiful and the ship and crew enchanced it.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Pros: Getting up close to the Glacier

Cons: Some inexperience staff

Recommends Radiance of the Seas? Yes!

Shows were great!
Maybe shedule some in afternoon so we can watch the sunsets
Food and Dining
Food was great. Some dishes were outstanding.
Our waiter Marius and Elizabeth made the dinner and experience one of the talks of the trip.
Ship Quality
Ship was very very nice.
Clean and well managed.
Staff was very attentive to detail.
Cabin / Stateroom
Very consistant service, but we didn't ask for much. We did ask for an extra pillow which we never got.
