A little somthing for everyone!

Sail Date: November 05, 2006

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

From the moment we arrived at the Port we knew this one would be different - but in a good way! The Set Sail Pass (for boarding which you get by doing a lot of stuff online before you arrive) made a huge difference! From drop off to getting on the boat - 15 minutes! Our stateroom was an inside cabin, but very spacious with a great layout. The Windjammer Cafe has great lunch items and a couple good dinner items. Room Service was quick and had good food.

Pros: the itinerary, staff, excursions

Cons: no self laundry service or ironing

Recommends Radiance of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Not their newest boat, but the perfect size. Nothing ever seemed to be crowded. And everything had a fresh coat of paints and was very clean!
Service and Staff
Very friendly and fun to interact with.
Cabin / Stateroom
For an interior cabin - GREAT! Clean and a good layout.
Food and Dining
We are simple eaters - sandwiches, burgers, pizza... Lunch menu was more our style of eating. Desserts weren't the best - but the cheesecake from Room Service was WONDERFUL!
George Town, Grand Cayman
The Margaritaville here is very cool! Waterslides and fun staff!
Don't Miss: Spanish Reef Resort with open bar... enough said! Oh and they have free snorkel gear too!
Cozumel, Mexico

Don't Miss: Tulum Mayan ruins @ Playa Del Carmen!
Key West, Florida
Don't wait in line to eat at Margaritaville, there will be one at every stop! Fun shops and very cool locals!
Don't Miss: Cheeseburger in Paradise was my fav!
Montego Bay, Jamaica
When you get off the boat there are vans/busses waiting to take you into town. As you drive they will offer you an extra tour for about $8... DO IT! They will take you to places that you would never get to experience any other way. And you get the feel from the island from a local. They will take you to shops that are off the beaten path, but offer the same stuff. The downtown area didn't appear to be that great.
