Review summary

Everything operated smoothly , Tours are overpriced! Pursers office understaffed . Annoying to have to queue to reset cabin key on 4 occasions. It was a common problem onboard. After 3 days it worked fine.

Not the easiest ship to find your way around, even though this is our second voyage on QM 2. Spotless and stunning decor .

Study the deck plan very carefully ,it will save you a lot of unnecessary walking.
