Review summary

As stated above, this cruise was very disappointing. Obviously Cunard cannot control the weather. But they are responsible for customer relations, which has fallen to new lows. Will not cruise with Cunard again until a significant improvement is guaranteed.

Cunard was renowned for their service.............NOT NOW. Crew, especially guest relations, have a "Do it yourself" attitude. Things have changed significantly since the Covid scare. Guest relations used to show how (more so elderly) passengers how to fix their problems, now they say "Do it yourself". I will consider other cruise lines for future travel.

Suggest Cunard install KEURIG single cup coffee makers in cabins. The current coffee makes are "clunky", they only make a dribble in a cup.

Ship tip

DO NOT.

This review gives no details so I wonder if this is even genuine at all. Last year, in June, I sailed on the Queen Elizabeth for the first time, for the 10-day Alaskan cruise. It was the most wonderful experience and what I expect of all my future cruises to be. Sailing from Vancouver Canada we had largely International passengers. The only two things I could complain about was the noise of my neighbor's hangers rattling in theit closet when we were in choppy Waters. The other complaint was the lack of a real venue for their specialty restaurants (they used a sectioned off half of the public Buffet).

I'm with Grayghost. Had a wonderful cruise on QE in December, nothing but praise for all hard working crew.

Unclear what the issues were that required a visit to Guest Relation.

So even Cunard has changed since the pandemic. Thanks for your review.

Appreciate your few details. Would have preferred more details. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Nothing seems to be as good as before Covid.
