I did a Google search on that and all Quantum Class ships have Johnny Rockets and they have ala carte menu with prices for each item.

I stand corrected. There is conflicting info on the internet but it appears Johnny Rockets is on a limited number of ships but the list is long enough it couldn't be posted here. At least not the one I tried to copy and paste.

it's to my understanding that they did have one but replaced it with an asian restaurant.
