Just completed a 7 day cruise of Hawaii with my Wife son and his 12 year old son ... It was a very nice island visit/ destination. The only challenge experienced was the daily Food beverage service standards , I'm on a mobility scooter and have MS , I had several accidents at breakfast spilling coffee and dropping a plate as no waiter or superviser seemed interested in helping a traveler with a disability and on a scooter . We complained to management at 4 separate occasions for help but all we got was a cheap bottle of wine and few cookies but still no attentive service for a disabled customer. Last month we did the NCL Jewel and had fantastic service but sadly this trip wasn't up to the high expectations the NCL Jewel set . If you have a disability and need special attention the Pride of America may not be for you .
