The ship was OK. The islands and tours were lovely. The views were fantastic, weather was great. The staff checking us in at the port were helpful and efficient.

The wait staff were efficient and friendly on the whole. Our room stewardess, was not helpful. She set up our room with 2 beds instead of one, check on us once in 7 days, entirely skipped the second sweep of the room 2 of 7 days, and did not give us her extension until late on day 4. We just got our own ice from the cooler in the hallway most of the time

The cabin was set up with twin rather than a full bed. Our stewardess made the bed every day, but other than that did not always clear dishes, provide towels, keep ice supplied or turn down the bed
We enjoy this cruise and go on num by er five in 100 days. Food is a bit better on other NCL cruise but remember Hawaii is 2500 miles from the West coast and has to import almost everything that is on board to eat and drink! We really like the specialty restaurants for most of our dinner and know to book early.
I loved the cruise director and the activities on the ship. Did not have good experience with the Stewards or enjoy the food. Food wasn't as good as Carnival cruise line.
