The itinerary was wonderful from Sydney around New Zealand. The weather was perfect which added to our pleasure. Highly recommend this itinerary.

Great cruise! No real complaints. I would recommend this cruise.

This was a great experience we had and we wouldnt change it for the world it was alittle long for us personally but now we know well stick with the 7 day cruises

From an experienced cruiser this cruise was surprisingly good. Quality of the staff was excellent and cruising with the Australians was a blast. Much more friendly and engaging than the American's that we normally cruise with.

This cruise was exactly what I'd hoped for - In spite of not having any luggage for the first 10 days, I had tons of fun. The ports are beautiful, the scenery is beautiful, and the crew is fantastic.

The Ovation is a wonderfully big ship and I was glad to have that stability in the rough Southern Pacific seas. The ride was comfortable and as smooth as could be expected. The food is ever-present and tasty but I also think the quality of the dinner in the main dining rooms has fallen short of some my previous cruises. Still, I’m sure preparing for 5100 guests is a daunting task so I am willing to give them a break. In Tasmania I booked a lengthy excursion to Mount Field National Park and the Bonorang Wildlife Sanctuary through AA.vacations and couldn’t have been more pleased. A young man named Luke was very accommodating and offered excellent commentary throughout. Our embarkation back in Sydney was a bit unorganized and chaotic but we finally left the ship and set out to enjoy the city. We stayed 5 more days in Sydney and loved every minute.

The ship was beautiful . Staff was very nice and helpful. Limited shops not enough. Activities boring and few.

The large majority of the non-Asain cruisers were extremely displeased with the rude behavior of the chinese cruisers (who were 90+% of the cruisers on the ship). The staff of the cruise explained that the behavior of the Chinese was due to their culture. The staff kept us 100% separated from the Chinese cruisers in the restaurants: the Chinese sat in the front and middle of the restaurants, non-chinese in the back. However, the staff were extremely nice.

This cruise is very catered to the Asian population. If your comfortable with that, then enjoy. The food, entertainment, ports of call can be a challenge with out excursions.

Rc cheaped out, terrible ship and waste of time .. the local customers were very rude...

I would not sail on Ovation of the Sea again because the quality of food is bad, too many sea days and the ports are mostly boring, undeveloped and uninteresting cities. Worse of all the local excursions companies did not have much interesting places to take us but sent us to spend a lot of time at low end street vendors to shop. Those are not even place to shop. What a waste of time and money!

Great experience with kids we overall had a great time will surely come back on the next cruise

Outstanding, unforgettable. lovely with family. it was a very relaxed cruise for me witha room I could be happy in watching from my balcony because I had surgery recently, and couldn't do anything too athletic, and I wanted something restful, but my adult children were very active with activities on board and excursions. It is perfect for a family with action and rest as you choose. On this ship I was able to know I was on the ocean and enjoy the natural beauty without the constant intrusion of noise and overly bright lights, but there was plenty of action and activity for those who wanted.

Ship was great.Loved the shows and activites.Ports were not so good.Itinerary seemed great but ports were too far and wasted alot of time traveling to and from port.

Overall this ship and crew are magnificent, only irritant being the long journey for a smoke. Would definitely return to Ovation of the Seas, RCCL seem to have gotten most things correct here.

It was an overall excellent experience. The staff, our stateroom, the ship, the food, the entertainment...it was all outstanding. The cruise ship stops were excellent. I wish we could have spent more time in Seoul, South Korea, but I loved the time we had in South Korea. I would recommend this experience to anyone and everyone. 

Large, attractive ship with nice staterooms and public areas. Outdoor decks, long jogging track, rock wall, North Star, iFly, surfing area, and roller rink were nice extras.

Entertainment and shore excursions have been much better on other cruises we have taken.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
