Review summary

Internet and cell service were poor on this ship but the food was great, the staff were great and the shows were great. We enjoyed the tours and our balcony cabin and we will cruise again soon.

Our waiter: Raul & assistant waiter: Jacelle, both did a great job in taking care of us, often anticipating our needs before we asked. We felt they treated us and those around us much like family

Internet and cell reception is bad on any ship, any cruise line. There is an effort going on by RCCL to bring StarLink on board which will be a huge improvement.

Alaska was gorgeous. The customer service from cheap cruises was horrendous. Will never use this agency ever again.
