Review summary

Royal Caribbean again failed to provide a great cruise experience. Just average to bad. This is why I prefer Holland America. Much more customer service focused and knowledgeable about everything. Avoid Royal Caribbean if you are looking for service.

Embarkation

They are more concerned with COVID that they they don't communicate anything with guests.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Good food and service except the supposed V dining which is supposed to be mask free (I thought this cruise was a vaccinated cruise) but don't try the restaurant in the V section. The staff will not serve you unless you wear a mask. And the manager will agree with the staff even though the daily news letter states not required in this V only restaurant.

Onboard Activities

Not good

Entertainment

Not good quality

Children's Programs

I don't have children but the few onboard were running around without shoes and masks in food areas unsupervised. Horrible

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Good but put off when they ask for tips at end of cruise when you already pay 30 a day for buffet's and internet

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Clean

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Tiny space and housekeeping always bothering you to clean room on their schedule not yours

Ship tip

Eat before 9pm otherwise you will starve
