The ship is very elegant, done in very good taste. The cabins are spaceous unlike other cruise lines.The passengers tend to be more mature and reserved than on some other cruise lines.Holland America makes a very relaxing and comfortable experiece for their guests.

The ship was beautiful and elegane with excellent service. Definatly a must do for either 20 or 80 year olds.

we were happy with the selection of a balcony suite location. this made the cruise extra special as we had not had this type of cabin before. The food was quite good and an improvement over our last Holland America cruiss. Service was quite good. Pinnacle grill very good although service was not up to quality of food and ambiance fo the location. Overall rated cruise A or five star. PS Mexico is still Mexico.

When boarding the ship all we could say was "Oh My Gosh !" It was much more beautiful than I had even imagined. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. We were totally spoiled. We are now ready to start planning our next cruise.

Over all it was a great curise and I will take more cruises in the future.

As this was a themed cruise with very talented entertainers from Ireland, this would not be the usual Holland America Mexican Riviera cruise. The crew all worked very hard keeping us all fed and watered.

This is unpreventable, but the number of aged and handicapped passengers (wheel chairs, canes, obese people on walkers) was overwhelming. While it didn't stop my roommate and I, who are more mobile and a bit younger, it is worth remembering for future cruises. Perhaps this is the month (February) and the cruise (Panama Canal) that attracts less active people who don't plan to get off the ship .... and just like the sailing experience. My other HAL cruises have not been this way at all. I wonder if HAL has statistics on this......?

Very enjoyable itinerary, great ship, excellent crew. Poor cruise/tour director was the only downside.

We enjoyed experiencing the diverse cultures we encountered on this cruise. Central America is lovely.

The cruise was fabulous, more sea days than we like but the ports we visited were good. Food was good, entertainment outstanding. HAL is very invested in their guests well being and pleasure. When I entered feedback in the comment cards in our room for what I liked and don’t like, I received a call from staff to discuss my suggestions. All staff were excellent.

Cruised out of San Diego to Mexico , seen a few Whales and a lot of Dolphins

Okay cruise. Ship not my style, seemed dark. Ports are good. Felt safe entire cruise.

Loved everything about the ship except for the heating problem with our room.

We really have enjoyed the Mexican Riviera both times that we have visited. Unfortunately our trip on the Oosterdam was not quite as nice as with the Eurodam. They raised the fare 20% and gave us less entertainment.

This is only my 2nd cruise with the first only for 4 days and more than 15 years ago. I found the experience great and would definitely do it more often. It is a great way to travel for a solo traveller. Only one issue that I think could have been better is activities and entertainment. I may try another cruise line for my next one.

11/10, would definitely do this cruise again!!!!!!

Beautiful ship. Impeccable service. Fun excursions. Lasting memories! We loved it.

This was our first time sailing in the Pacific. The cruise itself was very nice as HAL did not disappoint. The ports are pretty and historic. We really enjoyed it but I have to say that the Caribbean is still our favorite. The water on the Pacific side is dark and very rough. So, for that reason, we would probably not sail there again unless it was Alaska or Hawaii. The weather was perfect!

San Diego , 2 days delayed for ship repair and raining , great day in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta .
