Older ship, but pleasantly serviceable. Good cruise for a short visit to Mexico. Only visited 3 ports. Three full days at sea allows for a relaxing trip.

The Oosterdam is one of my favorite HAL ships. Sailed on it about 4 times including a Transatlantic to Rome. Very pleasant memories and the staff aboard and food make it very special too.

Glad you enjoyed it. Another Shipmate on the same cruise posted a review and didn’t seem to enjoy much of anything, including the ports. I don’t understand how some seem to find a way to be miserable on a cruise, but it appears some can. I guess attitude is the difference.
