Review summary
The usual great service and food you expect from Holland America, one of the few negatives was that they closed the Lido deck at 8:00PM and that they didn't extend breadfast times on "sea days" they might try a brunch instead of both breakfast and lunce separately.

The speciality restaurant are a great hidden treasure, tried the Italian, and the Pinnacle Steak House, both were well worth the cost. We went to dinner and lunch at the Pinnacle, the best value is Lunch.
