We did not enjoy the food at all. This was not our first cruise, and although we loved Alaska and all the tours we booked thru ship, we did not enjoy Holland American line.

I did not like the spa as compared to other cruise lines, and I did not think the overall staff went out of their way to service.

What we did like were the beds in staterooms, the best I've had.
