Review summary
OVERALL THIS CRUISE AND SHIP WERE ENJOYABLE. HOWEVER SOMETIMES IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT COUNT AND IN THIS CASE ADD UP. SHIP WAS WAY TOO COLD, HAD TO WEAR JACKETS MOST OF THE TIME. DRINK GLASSES WERE WAY TO SMALL. CABIN CONFIGURATION WAS NOT THE BEST, NOT MUCH STOARGE SPACE AND WITH A TABLE AND CHAIR RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CABIN, HAD TO MOVE IT TO GET AROUND AND INTO THE CLOSET. FOOD WAS JUST AVERAGE AND WE HAD HEARD THAT HAL WAS THE BEST, NOT SO. THE SERVICE AND WAITER IN THE DINING ROOM WERE SUBSTANDARD, VERY SLOW. SOMETIMES WE AT TABLE 6 FELT INVISIBLE, WAITER RARELY TALKED OR SMILED. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WERE VERY GOOD IE EMBARK AND DISEMBARK. SHIP WAS VERY CLEAN AND SANITIZED REGULARLY, NO NORO ON THIS SHIP. OTHER CREW MEMBERS ENCOUNTERED WERE EXCELLENT, CRUISE WAS VERY SMOOTH.Ship experiences
