Review summary

The overall concept and decor really need to be updated. WHile the ship was clean it looked very old even the uniforms the staff had on were outdated with very dark colors.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The dining hours were not timed well and the food was just alright nothing to brag about. The dining room was like eating in a cave.

Entertainment

3 out of 5

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
the age groups were too large the activities were mostly arts and crafts which did not hold a 7 year olds interest not much physical activities at all and very small rooms for them to be in.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The dining room and room staff was very nice however the resturant personnel were not the most helpful often watching me try to juggle my tray along with the kids trays with out giving assistence.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The decor was rather garish with clashing patterens and colors. The rooms were the largest we have ever had and the room stewards were very kind to the children and helpful. It just needs to be updated and brightened up.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our room was very large the beds were comfortable the sofa and chairs were not and the color combinations were ugly.

Ports of call

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

3 out of 5

Mazatlan, Mexico

3 out of 5

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

3 out of 5

Pros: The ports of call

Cons: The food was just alright and the kids club was terrible

Recommends Oosterdam? No.
