Couldn’t do our planned excursions due to norovirus and second port being cancelled. Not sure I would cruise again. This was my 3rd cruise and although the others were sometime ago, I feel the customer service is lacking in many areas

It was good to be cruising again. The beautiful new ship sail 100% full and we had a great time.

This was a great cruise could have used one additional port, we did stop in Jamaica for a medical emergency which put us into Aruba 8 hours late, but things do happen. Great food, great people, and plenty to do.

A woman that clearly worked RC. I asked her where do go to get for lunch for buy the key package. She said she didn’t know and for us to Figure it ourselves. Poor customer service at guest services for not taken time to help us with our questions. Poor food choices it would been nicer not just to have hamburgers and chicken. Only half of the Elevators where working right. The buttons on the elevator are too sensitive. Customer service on the phone guy named Isaac very disrespectful. This was supposed to be our honeymoon cruise and we got no recognition for that it was even in the booking. I guess a big lesson as been leaned to stay with a cruise line your happy with and not to try to find another.

Overall a great cruise ship and fun itinerary. Ship has so much to do and the crew was simply amazing. Food in the main dining hall had a few misses but was overall very satisfying. The theater experiences involving the ships technology was amazing and almost worth the price of the cruise alone, don’t miss out on those.

Too much time At Sea. Not enough activities during the day. Not certain that we would return to this ship again. Maybe too soon to resume cruising, a few people contracted Covid on this trip.

Overall it was a good cruise . We were not a fan of the huge crowds and how everything needs to be done on a schedule… doesn’t feel very relaxing. Not sure we will cruise again or not. I’m glad we had the experience but I prefer a more relaxing vacation.

Prefer the Oasis Class ships over the Quantum Class ships.

We are so glad to have gone on this cruise, it was so relaxing.

We loved our time on the Odyssey and will definitely be sailing on her again! We especially loved the Two70 theater, ice skating show, pools, bumper cars and archery.

This was a very nice and brand new ship that they clearly as usual keep up with all the maintenance and clean like crazy. A lot to do on the ship and a very good layout. Highly suggest this ship and the cruise itinerary. The private island has got to be one of the best spots of any cruiseline.

Odyssey is a beautiful ship! The technology on board was impressive, service amazing and it was super clean and safe. My husband I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and it was perfect but it also is a ship that has lots to offer families as well cruising.

not for me. after the oceania cruise the week before, this one fell short..lots of kids, teens. too crowded and many smokers on boat..in the giant casino and on the pool decks....

This was a mother/ daughter trip. We had a great time and would definitely cruise with RC again.

Nice ship. Layout was a different on the inside. Solarium was amazing. Main dining room food and service was amazing.

The cruise was great all around. The food was good and the service was excellent.

We had a fantastic time on our cruise, the crew was the best we had ever experienced. The service from the bars, poolside, and main dining room was outstanding. The only negative I have to say were the headliner acts were not as good as I have seen and there was only 1 show, The Book, that was available to see
