Review summary

RC will tell you that you are responsible for covid testing. Even if you are going directly to the airport from the ship, they will not help, thus we missed our plane after waiting 2 1/2 hours to get covid tested at the airport even though RC said we would be ok. The ship is lovely and the staff is great!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
We booked transport through RC but the bus got us there later than I would have liked

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The main dining room served the best salmon that I have experienced on any cruise ship! Waiters were wonderful and if anything was wrong, it was immediately fixed. Our table mates were from England and Australia which made dinner interesting

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I felt RC could have offered more non athletic activities during days at sea

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows were good but not enough entertainment for an eleven day cruise

Children's Programs

I did not bring children on the cruise

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service was great!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Odyssey is a fairly new ship so everything looked brand new

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was the nicest balcony cabin I have had on a cruise ship but it was very noisy( ship noise) for deck seven

Ship tip

Avoid deck seven forward or lower if you are a light sleeper

Disembarkation
