We were always greeted with a friendly face; and, the staff was more than willing to assist. The staff in the Teppayaki restaurant went over and above to make my birthday celebration special.
I'm normally ready to go home after 4 or 5 days at sea but this cruise was different. I was not ready to go home. Everything about the ship made me very comfortable.
An enjoyable and memorable experience that I will never forget and will always treasure.

Our stateroom attendent was awesome. The room was always clean. We received fresh towels (pool and wash cloths) each day. The attendant addressed us by name and always told us to enjoy our excursions and enjoy dinner; alway attentive, curtis, and polite.

The common areas were cleaned. I like the fact there people wiping the hand rails each day. I also like the fact there was someone to inform the everyone to wash their hands, washy, washy.

The beds were comfortable and the cabin was cleaned twice a day.

I did do an excursion. It was a hassle trying to find our guide for our excursion. All tours not purchased from RC were located outside the port.
I did not like the fact RC staff was turned their nose on shore excursions purchased through my airline. Priority debarkment was given only to excursions purchased through RC.

All the shops in the terminal were nice.
We did but an excurison through a local venue. It was nice but the tour guide was not that informative.
I did not like taking the time to go to a fashion show by PROM and the carpet making factory. However, the people were nice.

Disembarkation was easy and simple. No hassles received leaving the ship early. The same for all previous ports: transportation drivers going back to the airport were located on the far right side of the terminal which made it difficult to find the driver.
