Couldn’t do our planned excursions due to norovirus and second port being cancelled. Not sure I would cruise again. This was my 3rd cruise and although the others were sometime ago, I feel the customer service is lacking in many areas

Buffets not so good! Main dining great! Not enough drink sections for included drinks! 3 out of 4 people in our party got the norovirus, which I feel was due to unsanitary food preparation! Lost 3 days of our cruise due to this, and 1 in our group was in the bathroom the whole plane ride home! Pool bat servers not friendly and long wait times

Room porter was great! Giovannis offered great service. Main dining service good! Guest services great My son rented a cabana at coco cay for 1000.00 wait staff was not friendly, food was not good!

Needed elevators at the back of the ship. Elevators were slow. Not enough drink options for water, lemonade, coffee. Ship appeared clean!
