Overall we had a great time and the service was outstanding. Edgard, yovin, Nelson, lizbeth, and the Jamaican chef were all awesome. Our room attendant Zarah was the best. Christian at playmaker was very helpful. We had a wonderful time just wished the Nassau port day was longer. Too fast and rushed to truly enjoy your time.

Cruise was first for our grand children and they really enjoyed it.Would suggest cruise line have a children’s menu and have adult supervision at the buffet and onboard ship for young children instead of letting them go on their own.

Great cruise ship for new cruisers and old. I am new to cruising but was hooked after the first day. I hope my future cruise ships are as good as this.

This was our 3rd royal caribbean cruise and we were very disappointed. We felt they didn't have enough of shows or activities going on for us to do. The food was ok

Had an excellent cruise and really enjoyed our time on the ship and ports as well. Our TA Kelly was wonderful and extremely responsive. We had an issue where our dining was changed the night before our cruise and I emailed her very late and she still responded right away. She was very informative and we highly recommend her!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing cruise. We were treated well by the crew. Entertainment was great.

Our best cruising experience yet. The cabin steward couldn't do more to satisfy our needs. The entire dining experience, from food to service was top shelf.

Overall, we enjoyed our first cruise. We will do another cruise in the future, when the Icon of the Seas officially sets sail.

Great experience from start to end!! Nothing was bad!! Good selection of food, onboard activities and shore excursions.

The Good: ship staff, the ship itself, the food and drinks, Coco Cay. The Bad: too crowded......sometimes we couldn't even get a seat for breakfast in the Windjammer buffet, not enough pools, Cape Liberty is awful, Florida and Nassau stops should be replaced.

This was a wonderful multi generational vacation 7-72 years old, 13 people and we all had a wonderful vacation

Had a wonderful time. The shows were great and staff friendly. Our Waiter Romel in the main dining room was just awesome!!

We had a great time. The service was amazing as always. The food was delicious, the entertainment amazing, and so many activities. However, the ship was crowded at times and the pools were impossible to swim in from 11-4 on sea days.

Good crew, good boat and good service. My family and I are looking forward to the next cruise with Royal Caribbean.

Overall good. Only complaints: 1) Free drinks were hard to find and lemonade even harder and always watered down. 2) Many photos by professionals were never found. We were told they would be available for 30 days after the cruise but later told by phone that was only if we purchased photos while on the ship. Very disappointed. Suggest not relying on photos by crew and instead take your own (and save money). 3) plaint department was VERY difficult to reach. They told us they can only receive phone messages and later found out they can only call back a US number - unable to accept a phone call or email. But unable to call an international number (we were out of the country for several months) so it took HOURS of wait time on many (15?) calls over 3 months to correct a $500 mistake made by a associate. One time an associate was rude and contradicted our statements which turned out to be true. When we were able to communicate, the issue was settled almost immediately by the friendly associate in the complaint department. This is a problem!

First time on Royal Caribbean ship. Was an excellent, enjoyable trip! Everyone that worked on that ship went out of their way to please our family! Would definitely book again!

this an OK trip, my last trip was better. the chefs was not good at all.

Another wonderful family trip organized by Stephanie! She is so knowledgable, responsive, and quick to always make sure we are organized and set to go! :) I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful group to book all of our cruise vacations with!
