Absolutely great time. Most definitely can’t wait until the next cruise.

Review summary

Great cruise ship for new cruisers and old. I am new to cruising but was hooked after the first day. I hope my future cruise ships are as good as this.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
No passport. So had to use birth certificate plus state ID, but the process was still very quick..

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Most items on the cruise were excellent, but there were a few not so much.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Tons of great activities such as hanging in the pool/ hot tub, game shows, laser tag, playing board games in central park, parties, parties, parties. Lots of fun activities but lots of quiet things too (playing board games and strolling through Central Park, listening to relaxing music in the evening in Central Park and other venues, hot tubs during the late night on the pool deck)

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows were excellent, especially the aqua show which I saw every night that it was available. Unbelievable show. It was great every night.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Daughter (15) really enjoyed the club and especially hanging out with new friends she met on the cruise. Son (12) really liked the club for his age group, but wanted to be part of the older group club, so did not attend as much as he should. However, planned activities were very good for his age group.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The ship staff, dining staff and room stewards were all great, but Chetan (a waiter at Johnny Rockets) became an honorary family member because of his great service. All were very friendly.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This ship was out of this world. I could not believe all that was on the ship, (the promenade, central park, all the pools & hot tubs, and waterslides. Still hard to believe all the things they had on this one ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
As a first time cruiser, I wanted a balcony cabin, but was not sure of facing the water. This balcony faced the boardwalk, which was great for people watching, watching movies on the big screen from your balcony, watching the various parties and shows, and still being able to see the sea in the distance. Perfect cabin.

Ship tip

Eat breakfast before 8:30 AM to avoid the crowds.

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Excellent island! Enjoyed lounging by the beach, sitting by the rocks and watching the ocean, and all the available free food. Totally awesome.

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

Wanted to enjoy the ship without the crowds.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Was even easier than embarkation. Waited a little bit (~10 min) in line as we processed from the ship did not seem that long.
