I loved Oasis. But I think I will stick to the smaller ships for a more intimate feel of a cruise. Oasis is more catered to families than the single, party, bar scene individual/couple.

Loved everything! The weather made the seas a bit rocky. But it didnt bother me because I took plenty of motion sickness meds.
Quite a few "Alpha, Alpha, Alpha" announcements on this cruise. Had to return to Jamaica for one of them. Hope everyone was ok!

Food and Dining

I had the Deluxe Drink Package. Plenty beverages were consumed. Every bar tender was great. Could have had more drink service close to the hot tubs.
Ate at Windjammer, Solarium buffet. And El Loco Fresh.
The Solarium was great. It had a more of an intimate feel. But, had the exact same food all seven nights. How do I know? We walked through there every night out of curiousity. We ate there 2 nights.
The windjammer was utter chaos. It was busy every night with only one side ever open at a time! Kids running everywhere. I think parents think once they are on vacation, they can take a vacation from parenting while in public dining areas. So, if you dont mind dodging kids left and right, while balancing your plate of food to your table in a far room, this might be for you. I dined alone a few times. I walked the highly trafficed obsticle course to my seat/table and found out I forgot silverwear. I put my food down to take a second lap for utensil search. Came back to find my food gone and another family initiating their descent to sit there for their meal (Yes, I made sure it was where I was originally sitting).
If you can tolerate the circus, the food was pretty good. And it was fairly different from night to night.
El Loco Fresh...I ate there once for lunch. Well, I will just state that it should be called : El Loco Not so Fresh.
Had room service once for "Continental Breakfast". I do not recommend! The milk was warmer than the toast.
Onboard Activities

Plenty of things to do on Oasis! If you cant find anything to do on this ship that suits your fancy, then sailing is not for you.
The bars are definitely not big enough! Oh, theres plenty of them! But there were numerous times at Boleros, Karaoke Bar or Schooner Bar where we walked by and couldnt find a seat! The bars are surprisingly much smaller than on other not as large RC ships. I think RC wants people to pay a fortune for the drink package. But not have the oppportunities to use it.
There were also, way too many children in the bars. Please keep the children out of the bars!!! There are numerouse places on the ship where the kiddies can go. Why are they allowed in the bar? So, they can watch Mommy and Daddy and everyone around them get drunk? No. Put them to sleep with Grand Ma or Nanny Jenny. Then go to the bar.
Entertainment

Aqua 80 was absolutely amazing. There were "technical difficulties" on the first night I went. But that just gave me an excuse to see it again. The music and sound system added goosebumps to my awesome experience. I highly recommend everyone who has a chance to see it, to do so... You wont regret it.
Service and Staff

Every worker was great with the exception of the Cafe Promenade. Very crabby workers there on numerous occasions...

Our cabin steward was great. With the exception of leftover food in the fridge from the cruise before, our cabin was kept nice and clean.
Ship tip
If you have any concerns about motion sickness, like I do. Take dramanine or Bonine twice a day before you board no matter what. Even if the weather forcast calls for clear sailing. I get motion sickness very easily. So, I religiously take them! Because once you start getting seasick, its game over. Then your cruise is shot... I have never been seasick on a cruise even with ships so rocky, that you feel like you are drunk walking to your cabin, and you havent had a single drink....yet.
Loved the swim up bar. But why are children allowed? Some of the toddlers were so small they literally had to be carried on the parents shoulders up to the bar...
The BBQ chicken was amazing.
