Review summary

Overall it's a good experience, all inclusive. Plenty to do, or just relax , rest, and enjoy the views. 'The Key' was pretty good except when it was time to leave. All of The Key purchasers were sitting in Main Dining when they were supposed to exit because none of were notified. They said there was an announcement, but if NO ONE heard it, then there was no announcement, simple.

They need to improve the signage and/or directions inside the Terminal. You can ask 3 people a question and get 3 different answers of where you're supposed to go, and I had 'The Key'!

Food and Dining

I did not enjoy the buffets, especially since the food isn't protected very well from coughing and sneezing children. The Main Dining was pretty good and the specialty restaurants aren't bad. Some are better than others. The Cafe Promenade is horribly managed, the way the lines operate allows people to cut with no consequence.

Plenty of activities and shows to do/see.

The shows and comedians were excellent.

The staff overall is ok. A majority of time, the staff didn't seem to speak English well so we had to ask the same thing multiple times. I'd say 50% of the time, the staff wasn't helpful at all and gave incorrect information.

Layout and design are excellent. No issues with cleanliness.

Cabin was Outstanding! No complaints!

Ship tip

The Key is Awesome, except for when it was time to leave the ship once we got back home. That was by far the worst experience of the cruise.

Thank you for sharing! Doing this cruise on Feb 4th so I have been checking the reviews. Did you enjoy Cats? I've never seen it, but I have heard some say they love it, and others say it's a snore.
