Overall, We enjoyed the cruise more while we were on the ship rather than the Florida, Cococay and Nassau. We loved the activities shows, food and the services on the ship. We love Oasis of the Seas. We are planning to go back to this cruise.

Food and Dining

We received an excellent service from our waiters, Lowell and Ryan from day 1 up to the last day of our cruise. They both wanted to make sure we got everything that we need. They also explained what kind of menu the main dining room has and gave us recommendations and it works. We love to come back again to this cruise. Staffs are very accommodating especially waiters like them. The rest of the staffs from different restaurants provided a very good services especially at Windjammer.

Fitness center- I was able to access everyone need especially yoga. And equipments needed by my fiancée. Staff(Gerard) from the bar where the vitality stretch was very helpful by answering all questions of the cruisers while working.
Entertainment

Excellent! Especially the music express band. I love to hang out and listened to their music. They know a lot of my favorite songs.
Spotlight karaoke was the most entertainment I love. A lot of cruisers were participating in singing. You will meet a lot of new friends who are funny and will make your night with too much laughters.

Deck3 Lowell and Ryan-excellent services from day 1. Nothing to ask for more improvement. They both deserve an extra bonus😊
Deck5 Mark- he’s an excellent waiter as well as his assistant waiter, I forgot his name. They are both sensitive to our needs.

Deck 5-Royal Promenade-Katrina Emberga is the name of the housekeeper who maintains the area clean. I noticed her she was non stop moving around following and cleaning around the area.

Our housekeeper Edi, was very kind, very receptive with our needs, helped us to let one of our shirt ironed as soon as possible. Very respectful, and attended us when we need help. Our room always maintained clean and organized. He deserved an extra bonus for his extraordinary work. Thank you.
Ship tip
Make sure book all the excursions, internet, beverages. Activities prior to your cruise to save more money.
I was traumatized, someone died at harbor area of perfect day at coco cay. There was no AED available immediately. Lifeguards weee not paying attention and did not see someone was drowning. Please do a regular drill for emergency especially BLS for the staffs working in the island. The rest of my day was fine after the chaos. It was not perfect at coco cay.
I was on that sailing too and had heard that someone had drowned at Cocoa Cay under the bridge. I had only heard it from one person on trolly on the way back to the ship that day. I did not hear anything more from anybody or any of the cruise blogs so I thought it was just a rumor. I was very sad when I initially heard it but am now more so hearing that it was in fact true. How horrible 😢
