Great ship and cruise, some staff need to be trained on not to be disrespectful for no reason.

Review summary

We love this ship, and we have been on her before, and had an amazing experience, and we did as well this time. However, some of the staff need to either retire or be retrained on how not to be disrespectful. We have never had an issue on any of the cruises we’ve ever been on until this one. It was very concerning and degrading.

Haddad in the main dining room was rude to us and to another woman that we witnessed. He was mad because we asked that our table seating be fixed. Our cabin steward was not experienced and our room was not cleaned very well, which that part might not be his fault. However, there was orange soda or something spilled into the carpet that was never cleaned and there was sneeze spray spit on the cabinet doors of the closet as well as on the wall.

It is an amazing ship, however some of the staff isn’t happy therefore they must get end up treating you terribly. If so go to Concetta at guest services and she will help you.

Again, I apologize for the royal cheerleaders who blames you for the dirty cabin. We have been on Oasis 12 times and we have noticed the degregation of services and ship appearance. Royal is focusing on producing bigger and more elaborate ships while the rest of the fleet is falling apart. There is no excuse for any kind of residue to be on any surface. Stained carpeting is also unacceptable.
