Overall it was a great cruise, and we enjoyed it.
Few things that would need improvement, like the smoke smell in the Casino and around the surrounding areas, the air quality is very poor there.
They need to have more entertainments and find a solution to make them available and not booked or sold out. and bring back the Acrobat and the Magic shows.

Unfortunately, most of the entertainment shows were with reservation and they were already booked and not available anymore. It used to be first come first serve and we were able to enjoy them, but unfortunately, we were able to only attend two entertainment shows in the entire 8 days cruise, because they were already booked.
Also - we used to see acrobat and magic shows, talent shows, ...etc., but none of this was available during our trip.

We didn't have young children to use those programs.

All those people did an excellent job and went above and beyond their work of duty, we felt very happy and satisfied.

Everything was clean, organized and in order. The staff worked very hard and did an excellent job.

Our State room housekeeping (Nayomei), was amazing, and paid attention to details and excellent work on our Cabin (Twice a day).

Book early, call CS and get all your questioned asked, read the digital newsletter and the anticipated activities in the mobile app, Plan it right and don't overpack.
A little bit disorganized and the staff was confused. Our Group number was jumped and when I asked if it is our turn yet, we were told not yet. Then, I looked in the mobile app and it confirmed that it was already passed. So, I brought it to one of the staff, who had to make some calls to confirm. - We did appreciate the Beverages and Snacks at the waiting area.
