You can't go wrong with the beverage package on this island and the soft sandy beaches.

The only new port of call for us in the cruise. We did the snorkel and Tabyana beach excursion (on my birthday). Can't fault the weather for a heavy tropical storm happening! Thankfully it stopped raining right when we collectively decided to start snorkeling (because we'd be getting anyways). The snorkeling was awesome and our guide was attentive to when I had moments of needing to stop and catch my breath. Tabyana beach 'resort' left much to be desired. Lunch was...well, limited. Staff were great. The gift shop was cute. They say if you tip the 'security ' he will keep the local hagglers from bothering you (there's a rope that they can't cross apparently). I guess we didn't tip enough? Because I had a woman become increasingly aggressive about wanting to give me a massage when I 1st said I'd think about it. I don't understand why yelling at someone to massage would make the tourist relax enough to even enjoy the massage? My mistake for not saying no the 1st time. We left on the early bus over it all. Driving through town was very sad to witness.

We did the Mexology excursion and it was fantastic! We were able to oversee dolphins, made our own guacamole, and enjoyed a light lunch before making more margaritas.

Apparently the beaches that are worth traveling to were not open or fit for tourists at the time of our sailing. We just walked around for a bit around the port before returning to the ship.
