As far as paperwork for the kids. You need a letter on consent from at least 1 parent (but Id do both parents to be safe). It should include the name of the ship, itinerary and dates. I had mine notarized to be safe also. There is a FAQ on RC site regarding this

My mom is bringing my nephews (her grandsons( with us on a cruise this summer. Is there anything special that my mom needs to do since their parents arent coming as far as paperwork?
