great experience, for the exception at the casino the bartender (Hildagard or Hildagret) did not serve us but instead served 2 other guest that came up to the bar after us. It was a very disturbing experience had to call the Manager Emanuelle to explain my frustration.

our dining waiters zou and igusti are valuable employees, they made our dining experience worth every moment. The bartender Hildagard from the casino has no customer service skills, very bad experience that was a big turn off. My wife and I did not feel comfortable staying at the casino spoke to the Manager Emanuelle who was going to speak to her. Not sure if he did but I did not get any response or feed back from Emanuelle.
