The excursions were all great. The ship was disappointing.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Dining Room food and service was excellent. Windjammer Buffet was mediocre - limited food, lines to get into the room, food cold. Specialty restaurants pricey. Johnny Rockets was OK for breakfast. This ship seemed to provide mediocre breakfast and lunch food in order to get you to eat in the added cost restaurants. Sorrento's pizza was good.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Comedians were very good. Cats was awful. Aqua show was ok. Ice show was good. Headliner show was excellent.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Dining Room waiter was excellent. Room steward was good. Most people pleasant and friendly other than the Sorrento's pizza servers.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Ship is beat and in need of renovation. Drawers don't open well. Tiles on shower floor coming loose. Common areas lacked tables and chairs to sit by the pools. TONS of lounge chairs around the pools but no place to sit and play games. (Game room was a windowless quiet room away from the activities.) Solarium had some tables but they were wicker and not good for dominos. Only tables near the pool were for smokers.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Size was average. Cleanliness was OK. Appeared old and worn. Tiles coming loose in shower floor. Couldn't open the drawer in the vanity area easily. Stateroom door opening into the corridor was awkward and inconvenient. Closet location was good - it was not in the usual hallway from the door into the room.
Ship tip
The added items of zip lining, central park, the boardwalk, and the shopping mall were not worth the loss of square footage for the family togetherness areas. The boardwalk carousel was seldom used nor were the areas around it, mostly vacant and a waste of space.
Isla Pasion was great. Clean white sand beach with plenty of tables, chairs and loungers, and shade too. Lots of free flowing alcohol and the food was good.
