I booked a cabin for four adults only to find out on the first day of our cruise that the cabin only slept three adults, one sleeping on a very uncomfortable single pull out sofa bed. The cruise line customer service did nothing to fix this issue. They told me to keep checking back for the first two days to see if there was any other open cabins, of course there were none. Thank goodness for my room steward who arranged a portable cot with two mattresses for the fourth adult. In my opinion the cruise lines website should not have allowed me to book cabin 14301 if it did not hold four adults. I paid a lot of money for this cruise only two have two adults sleep in poor quality bedding. Shame on the cruise line. For this reason I may not book another Royal Cruise
