Overall the Oasis of the Seas is a very nice ship with many things to do. Excellent choice for families and enough entertainment to keep everyone busy on sea days.

Did not use the pools as they were very crowded with kids. Would be nice if they had an adult only pool.

Was a little disappointed that they don’t change the broadway performance. They were still showing “Cats” which we had seen 4 years ago when we cruised on this ship.

Did not have any kids with us.

Service and Staff

I found that the service was good but they definitely lack in service when it comes to drink service on the outside decks whether at the pool or just lounging in the sun. Except for one guys selling specialty drinks there were not waiters walking on the deck taking drink orders so we found ourselves spending a lot of time in line ups at the bar to get drinks

Good idea to book your entertainment in advance. Much easier to have a reserved seat.

We really enjoyed the zip lining and the coaster ride. Really liked that we could use our sail pass at this port as we had bought the drink package so it was nice to utilize that.

Really enjoyed Cozumel. Hired a driver when we got off the ship and he took us to places we wanted to see. Plus took us to an authentic Mexican restaurant for an excellent meal.

Disembarkation

We did the self assist disembarkation and we were off the ship and through customs in about 20 minutes. Very fast and organized.
