Review summary
The coupons for our cruises came home late. We didnt receive the coupon book till after we got back home. We left for our cruise in the mid afternoon on the 10th of June and our cruise was on the 11th. It was very disappointing to come home to see the coupon book after our cruise!!!

2 things... 1) It was just through the TA.. I received one through DLC, and got it within a week of making my reservation... 2) I agree with some previous posters, the cruise itself should not suffer for the coupons book... That is a reflection of the TA and not the ship or actual vacation... Based on the faces, it would be at least a 3 star

This is a coupon book from cruises only. And yes I am a crown and anchor but that's a different benefit. Cruises only were supposed to send this coupon book before you cruise. With my family members coming from oversea..I totally forgot about this.

Did the coupon book ruin your whole cruise? I know I just booked through my TA and the coupon book came after booking and is separate from RCI. Any perks for Crown and Anchor are on the card and a letter gets delivered on embarking.
