Review summary

The rough seas is what I will take away from this cruise. Please tell the Captain that he needs to brush up on his “bedside manner” with his passengers when it gets so rough that the closet door keeps opening all night, and the glass water bottles on the desk won’t stop clanking against each other all night.

Specialty restaurants were great. The buffets were comparable to Golden Corral; disappointed in the buffets. As an aside, the food serving tongs at breakfast were so hot that you couldn’t handle them. The pizza looked dry and sad

Played bingo and went to the casino. ...too bad we didn’t win!!

Your production company, magician and comedian were first rate. Totally enjoyed every show we saw. Couldn’t see the last night of shows, as the turbulence was so bad. We saw the dancers up in the buffet, and they were so gracious Speaking to us. Also Richard the cruise director was 5 stars. What a great guy!

Ship tip

Please, please please tell the Captain (I believe it was Captain Kim) that he needs to make announcements when the ship’s sailing becomes as rough as ours was, especially the last night. I didn’t sleep at all the last night because I was scared out of my wits. A comforting, honest announcement from the Bridge would have gone a long way for the passengers.
