Review summary

I would not book with NCL again. I was very dissatisfied with my room and the steward inattention to fixing our issues. When he washed the balcony and wet our carpet he also somehow put water in our coffee tray. This wet our sugar packets and our counter. Either he did not notice or he didn't bother to check.

Food in the main dining was good, but repetitive. The menu did not change much day to day.

Our room was a balcony. The balcony door was very hard to close, the room door would not close well, you would have to double check to make sure it closed. The bathroom shower head leaked terribly. The drawers were hard to pull out and would not close without lifting up on them. The steward came in one morning and used the shower connection to wash the balcony floor, in the process he soaked our carpet. You could not walk into the room without getting your feet wet. He said not to worry it would dry......it did not.....I had to call down and get someone to come. They brought a hugh floor fan that made alot of noise. You could not even talk or watch tv in the room while it was going. Even after it dried the room smelled. They changed out itinerary 3 times. We were only notified once by email. I had wifi on board so I should have gotten any changes. Other passengers complained about this also. It caused a problem with an excursion we had booked not with NCL.

it was very small for a balcony. It was difficult to move around the beds. There were 3 adults in my room and only 2 chairs on the balcony. I had asked twice to get another chair, but it never happened.
