Review summary

Travel agent order a birthday cake for me, I never received it. Cabin flooded no fault of mine wasn’t on the ship came back from first port with room soak for the rest of duration we had to have two blowing machines to dry the carpet and after it dry it left a terrible odor. For our inconvenience we received six chocolate covered strawberries

My daughter had a room that flooded and they put the blower in her room when she was gone then it flooded again and my husband and her went down to customer service to complain and they wiped out her sail and sign card about $300 and then gave her $500 to spend on the ship for her inconvenience.
