Trip was good.  Excursions we paid for through were terrible and not as described.   We essentially rode a tour bus on both of them and only got pictures in return.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Most of the singers couldn't sing. Had to pay for anything that wasn't a show. Bingo $49 per person.
Onboard Activities
If you didn't pay for daily entertainment you had nothing to do.
Destinations and Excursions
Paid a lot of money for the two excursions. They were terrible!!!!!! Riding in a bus and nothing else.
Cabin / Stateroom
Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia
Juneau, Alaska
Skagway, Alaska
Excursion driver told us everything there at port was owned by the cruise ships or contracts with the stores.
Cruise Glacier Bay
Ketchikan, Alaska
Cruise Inside Passage, Alaska

If you travel Norwegian, expect to pay for everything except the shows in the evening which are mediocre at best.
