Review summary
Very umprofesssional personel at Port Check-in, disatvantage with the costumer. In the Ship, uncomfortable rooms with very hard to open Entrance Doors, some bathrooms with a "foul stench" odor, for us it was a 7 days "Prission Time", when it was time to Exit the ship at the Port on the 7th day, they had to Escort me out of it, because of the Mess done at the Port Check in, by that Incompetent Costumer Assistant. To Norwegian Cruise Lines, after Cruising for 9 yrs with different Cruise Lines, "Princess, Carnival, etc" this was our first time with you and our last, I don't want to see o hear from your Cruise Line Again.

They should Remodel this ship, I am surprised that they use that "price hook" to get costumers on that Pirate Ship.

I have had great cruises on NCL and other times had complaints. When NCL first started Freestyle, there were a lot of bumps. On my cruise through Hawaii I encountered log reservation lines. The phone number listed for reservations was never picked. This did not ruin my cruise.
Everyone does have different experiences on a cruise.
