Review summary

I was on this ship 3 years ago. It's a good ship with something for everyone and fairly easy to navigate. The most notable change was there seemed to be less of a 'party' atmosphere on this cruise than the previous. The disco was empty in the evenings. I think the DJ was playing the wrong type of music without considering the 'crowd' on board.

Belize City, Belize

Again, plenty for the shop-a-holic here. Prices are negotiable on most everything. Some unique shops that are not in the other ports.

Santo Tomas De Castilla, Guatemala

Not much at the port here. There's a small shopping area that's OK. I recommend a shore excurson here. We went to see Myan ruins, it was a pretty good excursion.

Don't Miss: See the Myan ruins. Watch for the great send off at the pier.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Nice port shopping area but the prices here are higher than in Cozumel. there's a huge swimming pool with a walk up bar in the middle of the shopping area (free)

The largest port area. The pier is right at the city so there's plenty of shopping and the prices are the lowest of all the ports if you're careful where you shop. there's a nice outdoor mall right off the pier.
