I cannot wait to cruise with Norweign again! It was a beautiful ship with tons of amenities and the friendliest staff one could ever imagine!

Food and Dining

The food was absolutely fabulous! I was highly impressed with the food. It was always presented in gourmet fashion and I was made to feel like royalty! The food came out in a timely manner, and the courses would never overlap or crowd the table. Glasses were always full, even when the restaurants were packed! The freestyle dining was a perfect choice because we could eat in casual restaurant style or dress up fancy for something a little nicer. There was food available at all times, even if we just wanted to stop by the sports bar and order a quick pizza. And the ice cream bar was open all the time with different flavors each day!
Entertainment

There was always a ton of options as far as entertainment. They had dance classes by professional dancers, comedy shows, a hypnotist, dance music, salsa music, movies...too much to list! There was a full itenerary that was delivered every night to our stateroom for the following day. No matter who you asked on the ship, they would have information about what all was going on as far as entertainment options for that day.
Service and Staff

The staff was incredibly professional! It seemed that so many people knew us by name after just a couple of days. Even our stateroom stewards knew our names by the second day! We were treated as family and everyone was so willing to help with anything we needed. I never once heard a staff member being short or rude with anyone. I am in management myself, and I was absolutely amazed at how they managed to find so many hard working people with impeccable customer service skills!
Ship Quality

The ship was very nice and was always tidy, no matter where you went! I felt like everything was extra clean, and I would see the staff straightening up and sanitizing public areas a lot to keep germs to a minimum.
Cabin / Stateroom

Having never been on a cruise before, I thought the stateroom would be incredibly tiny. I was surprised at how much room we had in even the smallest stateroom! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and pillows were fluffed each day. The room smelled very nice and the stewards would clean SO well...even wiping small spots or water marks in the sink area. The rooms were all located near elevators, making it very easy to stop by the room in case one needed to drop off purchases or change clothes quickly.
We signed up to go to a resort area via tender boat and the resort was great! I really enjoyed the local people in Santo Tomas. They performed dances for us and were all very friendly. This is the only port where the locals gathered at the dock at the end of the day to see our ship off as they waved!
At this port we took a tender boat to Shark Ray Alley where we got to snorkel with sting rays and nurse sharks over the barrier reef. Afterwards they took us to San Pedro, Belize to shop.
We spent most of the day bicycling and hanging out in the resort area. We received a very warm welcome from the locals, and there were tons of places to shop. The water was sooo beautiful!
