The ship was very nice, and it seemed very clean and tidy all the time, everywhere we went. Our room was always cleaned, twice a day (which was very nice because we often made a trip back to our room in the middle of the day). We loved how quiet our room was. When we retired to our room to sleep, we didn't hear a thing - it was great! The ship was also very elegant - very nicely decorated.

The restaurants were wonderful! The food was outstanding and so plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the freshness of the food - the fruits and vegetables, the dessert... and the food was always served hot - awesome!

The musical shows were great, and although one play was good, the others were a little strange so we didn't really love those.

We don't have children, but the adult activities were great - lots of game show things (we love trivia games) and as I said above the musical acts were wonderful.

Our favorite staff members were the cabin stewards. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to keep everything so neat and clean in our rooms. Otherwise, only one staff member really took the time to talk to others - it's probably because they are so busy though...

Our room was great! The bed was so comfortable! It wasn't huge, but we had plenty of storage space, and we loved being at the end of a hallway because it was quiet.
We loved Guatemala. We immediately felt like we were able to mingle with the locals, and they were the warmest and friendliest people of all. They gave us a touching farewell that brought tears to my eyes.
Don't Miss: Las Escobas waterfall adventure - the hike and the freezing cold, beautiful waterfalls were awesome! Jorge was our tour guide, and he was great.
Don't Miss: The party boat - snorkeling, a private beach, and ample alcohol - what more could you want? Our ship crew on the catamaran were wonderful - excellent service!
Pros: The food, the excursions, the service by our cabin stewards
Cons: Room service menu, unavailability of an excersion we thought we had booked (to Xel-ha)
