Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food is excellent. The waitservice goes from excellent to poor. The guaranteed 15% does not make the staff work hard for the money.

Service and Staff

Most were good, but some of the waitstaff believe they are above waiting on customers and that brings the rating down.

Cabin / Stateroom

4309 was never comfortable. Sometimes in the afternoon it was ok, but mostly very warm. The AC filter was clogged and changed but the coils were very dirty. A moldy smell in the hall permeated the cabin and caused my son and wife to be ill. I would not ever take a chance on getting such a room again for a week, therefore will not book on NCL again.
