Review summary

I was extremely UNHAPPY with our "Deluxe Owner Suite-12500" experience. Responses I got from NCL customer resolution desk made it worse. They were very DISHONEST in their responseS!! Actual cabin did NOT match the website description at all.

Our cabin was supposed to be "Deluxe Owner Cabin". It was more like dirty storage room with squeaky ceiling that prevented us from sleeping on the rough sea nights. All was documented. They claimed that they gave us $500 which they did NOT.
