Understaffed, very limited bar service pool side, pool grill closed every single day, no entertainment pool side, service in the buffet was the worst I have ever seen.

This cruise was obviously under staffed. The grill on the pool deck was never open until the last day. We were never offered a drink sitting by the pool. We had to stand in line at the bar in order to get a drink. The buffet was unlike anything I had ever seen. We were not allowed to serve ourselves drinks or food. They were more concerned with washy washy of of hands than anything. Obviously something was wrong on a health issue. One crew member making coffee and drinks from hundreds of people. By the time I got my coffee my breakfast was cold. Left one of the restaurants due to waiting for ketchup so oi could eat my food. I will never cruise Norwegian agin

Don’t do it. This was my most expensive cruise and although I loved the islands I hated the cruise part. Never once saw the cruise director. No entertainment on the pool deck. Very boring and understaffed cruise
